Podpass never sells, shares, or rents your personal information to third parties.
Data is securely stored on servers that comply with the requirements of Bill 25 and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It is deleted upon request or after a maximum period of 24 months without interaction.
3. Access, correction, and deletion
You may at any time:
- request to view or correct the information we have about you;
- withdraw your consent to receive communications;
- request the complete deletion of your data.
